For the effect below, you choose “Strobe Light” in the “Stylize” folder. You want to adjust the strobe color to fit the mood you wish to portray. I did not desire a completely red strobe, so I adjusted the blend to a slightly higher percentage than 0. This effect was intended to increase the anxiety within the scene.
You might use this in a horror scene or a scene consisting of great terror or distress. You could also use it to induce suspense in a scene.
